Patricia Worthington

Patricia has lived in Truro for over 30 years, and began drawing and painting as a child. She attended classes at Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill with her grandmother, Tiny Worthington. More recently, she has studied with Rosalie Nadeau at the Chatham Art Center and with Karen Margulis.

Three years ago, after raising her son Aiden, she began working in pastels. She has since shown at the Truro COA and now at Jobi Pottery and Gallery.

She loves nuance and flexibility of pastels. Her inspiration comes from the natural world and particularly from the Pamet River Valley where her family has resided for generations.
